About the role
The Accounting Manager – Internal Accounting oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the company’s core accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Billing. This role ensures efficient, accurate, and compliant processing across all internal accounting workflows while leading a team responsible for the company’s financial operations. Play a key role integrating growth opportunities into the organization’s internal accounting processes. This role is responsible for assessing existing AR and AP workflows, mapping them to current company standards, and executing a smooth transition of all related activities, systems and data
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, payroll, and billing processes
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- High level of integrity and commitment to operational excellence
