About the role
The HVAC Branch Manager is ultimately responsible for successful Sales and Operations for the Atlanta Market. This in includes, but not limited to: Safety and Quality management, maintaining positive employee well-being, enhancing customer service and the customer experience, growing sales in both units and parts and supplies, inventory management, and P&L and Budget oversight. You will be responsible for supporting regional sales and operations activities and overseeing all aspects of the branch.
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of branch/warehouse operational management experience
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop and motivate teams
- Experience overseeing day to day operations
- Inventory management experience
- Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
- HVAC industry experience
- HVAC wholesale management highly preferred
