About the role

Farmers EC is currently seeking a Engineering Coordinator to join our rapidly growing electric cooperative. This position also serves as a key liaison among engineering staff, operations, contractors, field personnel, and cooperative members to ensure project requirements, schedules, and documentation are communicated accurately and efficiently.

What you'll bring

• This position also serves as a key liaison among engineering staff, operations, contractors, field personnel, and cooperative members to ensure project requirements, schedules, and documentation are communicated accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with electric utility design and equipment, executing easements, handling service orders, processing construction invoicing, and securing permits is strongly preferred.
• Successful candidates must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our members, and be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to navigate various software programs including Microsoft Suite is required.
• Because you will be working with confidential data, all work must be done from a home office which offers adequate privacy.
