About the role
We’re hiring a Paint Technician to help maintain the appearance of our Greenwood communities. This role is responsible for prepping surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring high-quality results in both interior and exterior spaces. You'll work closely with the maintenance team and property managers to complete scheduled painting projects with minimal disruption to residents.
