About the role

MezTal is looking for an Employee Onboarding Specialist to support one of our U.S.-based clients in the Senior Living industry . In this role, you will help newly hired employees successfully complete their onboarding process and become ready to start working at their assigned communities. You will serve as a key point of contact for new hires, providing personalized guidance, answering questions, and helping them navigate Workday and other onboarding requirements .

What you'll bring

• Professional English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous professional experience working with U.S.-based companies, clients, employees, or teams.
• Previous experience in employee onboarding, HR operations, recruiting coordination, employee support, HR shared services, or a similar people-focused role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently, especially to individuals who may not be comfortable using technology.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to proactively manage multiple onboarding cases at the same time.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable working with HR systems, online platforms, and administrative processes.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model and commute to our offices located in Colonia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco on designated in-office days.
• The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong follow-through with a people-first approach.
