Position: USC GEAR UP Success Coach As a Success Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding middle school students on the path to college. We are seeking energetic individuals with a proven track record of success in college. In this role, you will help design and execute programming with students in diverse academic environments. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to engage students in a classroom
What you'll bring
- Pursuing Associate’s degree or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with students
- Familiarity with college admissions process
- Highly organized with the ability to complete documentation in a timely manner
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to transport self to and from scheduled school sites
- Some middle school or high school teaching experience
- Strong curriculum planning and instructional design skills
