About the role

The production line worker is responsible for participating in the manufacturing process of the production line. Each production worker will be trained in different positions for flexing the workforce. We are looking for high energy dependable individuals that are motivated and willing to learn.

What you'll bring

• If there is no previous experience in sewing operations, training is available for those with a high motivation to learn.
• Must be able to work in a team setting.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented
• Ability to follow and understand schedules and process
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Must have strong work ethic
• Must be okay with repetitive movement.
• The ability for bending, lifting, and twisting
• Ability for working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous production line and/or sewing experienced desired.
