About the role

We support professional development with student loan repayment assistance for licensed behavioral health professionals and opportunities for ongoing training. As a Mental Health Therapist at Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, you will provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups. What you'll bring

• Master’s degree in a behavioral healthcare field licensable in Iowa (required for treatment of a primary mental health diagnosis).
• For clinicians treating individuals with a primary mental health diagnosis, a license as an LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist is   required.
• Understanding of Prairie Ridge's mission and the patients we serve.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication, as well as record-keeping.
• Technology skills sufficient to use electronic health records.
