In this role, you won’t just have a job—you’ll have a purpose. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, independence, and life skills using evidence-based ABA therapy. What you'll bring
- Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!)
- Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs
- Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection
- Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA)
- A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset
