About the role
WebFX is seeking a candidate for our Sales team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of inside sales experience, and is excited about selling digital marketing services in an agency setting. Existing sales experience is expected, but additional training will be provided on the job. Accept inbound calls from prospective clients and communicate with them throughout the sales cycle (no cold calling involved!) Vet prospective clients to evaluate their potential as a mutual agency/client fit Follow-up with sales prospects with the goal of converting them into clients Learn WebFX's list of products and services with the goal of matching them to a client's needs
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree: All majors welcome!
- GPA: 3.4 or above
- 2-3 years experience in inside sales
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Analytical and research skills
- Excel/Google Suite
- Experience at a marketing/advertising agency (a bonus!)
