High Point University is currently seeking a full-time Data Processing and Quality Analyst with in the Workman School of Dental Medicine.This role is responsible for supporting the integrity, consistency, and operational reliability of data used across institutional analytics systems. This position is well-suited for an early-career professional interested in developing skills in educational data operations, reporting systems, and learning analytics within a collaborative higher education environment.

  • Strong   prof i c i ency   i n   M i crosoft Excel (e.g., data clean i n g, formulas, p i vot tables, data organ i zat i on).
  • Exposure to or   i n terest   i n   learn i n g data v i sual i zat i on tools such as Power B I   or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ab i l i ty to   i dent i fy   data   i n cons i stenc i e s, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Strong organ i zat i onal sk i lls w i th the ab i l i ty to document processes and   ma i n ta i n   clear records.
  • Demonstrated a b i l i ty to follow establ i shed data workflows and standards w i th   a h i gh level   of attent i on to deta i l.
  • Bachelor’s degree   i n   bus i n ess,   i n format i on systems, stat i st i cs, or   a related f i eld.
  • Exper i ence work i n g w i th data v i sual i zat i on tools (e.g., Power B I, Tableau) or w i ll i n gness to learn.
  • Exper i ence support i n g survey development or work i n g w i th tools such as Qualtr i cs or s i m i lar platforms.
  • Exposure to   educat i onal assessment, student performance data, or learn i n g analyt i cs env i ronments.
  • Exper i ence work i n g   i n   h i gher educat i on or healthcare-related sett i n gs
