About the role
High Point University is currently seeking a full-time Director of Admissions Training and Development. This position is responsible for sales assessment and training of the Undergraduate Admissions team to help improve communication of differential advantages and increase yield at every level of engagement. This position is effectively responsible for building and delivering high quality training and development experiences while continually evaluating the effectiveness of those programs. The Director plans, directs, leads, manages, and executes the development, design, and delivery of selling skills, institutional knowledge, and competitive knowledge.

- Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales and customer service.
- Ability to close and experience with closing sales.
- Proven track record of sales achievement.
- Experience and understanding of Needs Based Selling.
