About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Lead Repair and Maintenance Engineer to work in the maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive preventive maintenance strategies, and support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. High Point, NC US. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years of manufacturing experience in an assembly environment
• High level of analytical ability where problems are complex
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with AutoCad LT
• Proficient with PC hardware and commercially available software (i.e. Windows, etc.)
• At least 5 years of PLC programming (Specifically Allen Bradley).
• Exceptional Candidates Might Have
• Project management experience preferred
