About the role
We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager who knows how to run a department, lead a team, and drive performance.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive parts department
- At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
- Comfortable reading a financial statement and managing to a budget
- Experience with a DMS system required
- Strong communicator with a high level of organization and follow-through
- Someone who holds the standard and leads by example
- Acura or Honda experience is a plus, not required
