About the role
Develops, designs, and maintains the College website and digital user experience. This position blends front‑end programming, UX/UI design, and visual web design/graphics creation to produce modern, accessible, mobile‑optimized digital experiences. Ensures consistent brand application across web templates, page layouts, design elements, and interactive components. Combines technical development, visual design, accessibility compliance, SEO, and analytics‑driven optimization to support enrollment, recruitment, and student success. In compliance with federal law, all individuals hired will be required to verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s in Web Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, UX/UI, Digital Media, or related field required
- 2+ years in front‑end development, UX/UI, or CMS administration.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, accessibility, common CMS (Cascade, OmniCMS, Drupal, WordPress, etc.), and design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- GA4/Tag Manager experience.
