About the role
This position will support maintenance and site strategy by managing, tracking, and reporting site maintenance, work schedules, turbine and field repairs, and other work as required. Will be responsible for project capability, process efficiency, cost efficiency, project availability, quality standards, and any contractual obligations of the project or work area. Will analyze project performance and make recommendations to improve reliability, efficiency , and, ultimately, the project's financial performance. This position will be responsible for site safety, environmental training, and their respective programs. This role commutes to the wind farm at West Camp Wind, Arizona, each week. The closest towns are Heber or Holbrook, AZ. You are expected to work on-site five days per week, 7 am – 3 pm, including emergency on-call. The work hours may vary if travel to a different location is needed.
What you'll bring
- Driver’s License required.
- 5 years’ Experience in Plant maintenance, operations, or other related technical fields.
- O & M management skills
- Understanding general workplace safety and the ability to follow safety standards and help the company improve upon the standards in place.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional, and geographically diverse organization.
- Excellent hands-on abilities with strong technical skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations
- Demonstrates proactive enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the company.
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals
- Communicates openly and honestly and does not engage in gossip.
