About the role
At Surpass Behavioral Health, we're all about making a difference in the lives of children and teens with autism. We're looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of dedicated professionals. If you're ready to be part of a team that's changing lives (and having fun while doing it!), then we want you to become a Behavior Technician with us! As a Behavior Technician, you'll be an integral part of our therapy teams, working closely with kids and teens in clinical, school, or home settings.
What you'll bring
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to earn your RBT certification within 45 days (we'll provide the training!)
- Experience working with kids with autism?
- A love for working with children, strong communication skills, and a commitment to integrity
- Full Time is considered to be at least 30 working hours weekly *on occasion you might drop below 30 hours irregularly *
- High School Diploma or GED (Bonus if you have a degree in Behavioral Health, Early Childhood Education, or something similar!)
