Responsibilities: • Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations. • Provide personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents. • Work under the direction of Registered Nurse, Director or wellness or supervisor. • Ensure residents receive compassionate and high-quality care. Qualifications: • Current and valid RMA certification. • Ability to follow individualized care plans • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Compassion and understanding of the aging process.
