About the role

CLA is currently seeking a Manager of Product Operation; The Manager of Product Operations leads the operational support team responsible for CLA's internally developed products that allow our Assurance, Tax, and Consulting Services practitioners to work effectively at scale. This role is accountable for the reliability, operational readiness, support, and continuous improvement of the products that serve CLA.

What you'll bring

• 8 years relevant experience required
• Supervisory expierience requirred
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

• 5-8 years of application support, application management, IT operations, product operations preferred
• 3+ years leading support, product, operations or similar teams preferred
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to work across teams for collaboration preferred
• Ability to prioritize and see larger vision of organization and how it impacts work and team preferred
• Working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, AI-first and Agentic modeling preferred
• ITIL or equivalent ITSM framework fluency preferred
