About the role

We are seeking an experienced climber that is a team player and is interested in continuing to develop their career and benefit the careers of their coworkers. Pay will depend upon ability and speed without sacrificing safety and quality. For this position we will consider a range of experience from experienced apprentice climbers to seasoned veteran production climbers.

What you'll bring

• “Can do” attitude and fits in well with a team.
• High integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to comply with ANSI Z133 safety standards.
• Climbing experience utilizing rope and saddle, knowledge of common climbing/rigging knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.
• Ability to prune to ANSI A300 specifications or willingness to learn and comply with the standard.
• Experience driving (and backing up) commercial vehicles with trailers.
• You are applying for work with a franchisee of Monster Tree Service, not Monster Franchising SPE, LLC or any of its affiliates.
• If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer.
• Franchisees are independent business owners who are solely responsible for their own employees.
• CDL license a plus, but not required.
• Aerial lift experience a plus.
