About the role

is looking for a forward-thinking Dispatcher. The primary function of this position is to efficiently dispatch technicians to their respective calls. All Dispatchers utilize established procedures and guidelines to execute primary job functions. This entails coordinating all technicians to run all scheduled calls effectively each day. Key goals are confirming appointments and ensuring that technicians arrive on time. This is a full-time, non-exempt level position, reporting to the Dispatch Manager.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of versatile Dispatch experience
• Minimum of 45 wpm, and manage multiple computer screens
• Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-discipline environment
• Able to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic manner
• Computer literacy and Data Entry Skills
• Ability to interpret city/county maps
• college preferred
