About the role
An OTP (Opioid Treatment Program) clinic is a specialized, highly regulated facility that provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). These clinics combine FDA-approved medications (like methadone or buprenorphine) with counseling and behavioral therapies to help patients recover safely. The Crossroads Regional Director of Business Operations for KY/VA OTP’s will manage 8 centers (4 in VA and 4 in KY) and is responsible for delivering consistent business results by setting clear performance expectations, executing against key performance indicators, and balancing short-term demands with long-term strategic priorities. A strong understanding of local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive environments is critical to shaping strategies that drive growth and strengthen market position. This position is accountable for building high-performing teams that consistently meet or exceed KPIs, achieves growth, and delivers operational excellence through strong leadership, strategic clarity, and disciplined execution .

- equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of five years of leadership or management experience required.
- Master’s degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment and/or mental health services strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
