• 3+ years of experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume, customer service-oriented business
• Minimum 1 year of drive-through experience required
• Proven experience in managing the financial health of a retail operation, including but not limited to P&L oversight, driving revenue, and managing costs.
• Proven ability to create an inclusive and dynamic team and work environment.
• Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Solid business acumen
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, train, and retain a team
