About the role
Amoroso Construction Co., LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator who can lead complex public works pursuits. This role combines technical estimating expertise, bid strategy, risk management, subcontractor engagement, and estimating leadership while working directly with the Chief Estimator. This is an opportunity to take a meaningful leadership role in complex public works pursuits, influence bid strategy, mentor and develop estimating talent, and help shape how the department operates. Reporting directly to the Chief Estimator , you will work closely with executive leadership, operations teams, and a broad subcontractor network on projects that serve communities throughout California.
What you'll bring
- S.J.
- At least seven (7) years of construction estimating experience
- Strong verbal, written, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ProEst (digital takeoff), BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and bid management platforms.

- Experience with preconstruction services and alternative project delivery methods preferred.
