About the role
This position will deliver a roadmap, delivery strategies, support, implementation, and design services for e-mail services (on-prem and cloud), Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise (multi-domain environment), including directory and integration with identity management solutions. This role will also be responsible for compliance to Service Level Agreements and execution of daily routines.
What you'll bring
- BE (Computer Science, EE, Computer Engineering), 5 – 10 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Office365 admin certification.
- Have sound knowledge of end user computing and networking, MS Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP.
- Problem Solver and a good team player.
- Ability to work under pressure, Conflict management.
- Knowledge of Cloud service hosting, Amazon and Azure will be preferred.
- Preferably have good understanding of MS Office365, MS Licensing, and collaboration tools.
