About the role
DC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer III to lead the design and documentation of luxury custom residential projects. This role supports the creation of high-end homes with complex architecture, elevated detailing, and a premium client experience. This role is open to candidates who reside in the United States and are authorized to work in the U.S.
What you'll bring

- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, assemblies, and documentation best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture, Building Design, Construction Science, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Experience with high-end residential detailing, premium material integration, and consultant coordination preferred.
