About the role
A prestigious, Jackson, MI based automotive company is currently seeking a Supervisor in the Production Control Planning department. Responsibilities will include: training, support and backup of customer services, master scheduling, material planning, planning coordination and long term planning. Develop, support and summarize department policy to support company policy; develop support, review and summarize biannual performance appraisals and goals & objectives.
What you'll bring
- This position requires a Bachelors degree in Business
- Must have proven analytical ability, problem solving skills and be detail oriented
- must have excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
- proficient MS Office Skills (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Release Accounting & MAPICS experience is required.
- Strong project management skills desired.
- preferably Manufacturing Supply Chain or equivalent, 5 years combination of customer services, master scheduling, material planning, planning coordination, long term planning and supervision.
