About the role

We’re looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial General Manager . This role is the on-site CEO — accountable for people, performance, and profitability. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery, and profitability.

What you'll bring

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent hands-on management experience accepted.
• 3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume management (QSR, retail, automotive, car wash, or similar).
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and data-driven decision making.
• 2+ years of management experience (i.e., car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate hourly teams.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods in various weather conditions outside
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
• We seek someone who can prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.
• You should also be an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.
• Bachelor's Degree Required - Business Administration Degree preferred.
• Experience in a leadership role at a car wash is highly preferred.
