About the role

The Logistics & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, inventory management, import/export activities, and overall supply chain performance. This is a critical leadership role requiring a hands-on, data-driven professional who can improve operational efficiency, enhance supply chain visibility, control costs, strengthen service reliability, and drive continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Transportation, Distribution, or Industrial Operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, electrical products, construction materials, or heavy industry environments.
• Proven experience managing warehousing, inventory control, transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of import/export processes, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and best practices.
• Expertise in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Transportation Planning, and Distribution Operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and Supply Chain reporting.
• Strong understanding of logistics cost management and operational KPI monitoring.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs, process improvements, and operational controls.
