JOB TITLE:                            LPN DEPARTMENT:                   Nursing Support SUPERVISED BY:              Chief Nursing Officer In keeping with standards recognized by both NCQA Medical Home Recognition and JACHO, SWLA has created teams of professionals to care for the clinical needs of patients who choose SWLA as their primary care provider.  The team consists of physicians, mid-level practitioners and the nursing support which is described in this job description. Given the nature of the duties required by the nursing support personnel, SWLA will recruit and hire applicable personnel in the categories of Medical Assistant, Certified and non-certified, and Licensed Practical Nurses.  Salary will be adjusted for education, licensing acquisition and experience.
