About the role
As a Licensed Engineer on the Roadway team, you will perform various engineering and project management duties on roadway projects including prepare planning and design documents, process design calculations and preparing cost estimates. You will coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients. You may also travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- A minimum of 4+ years of related engineering experience.
- Experience with MicroStation Open Roads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Kansas, or the ability to obtain within six months.
- Knowledge of municipal and DOT standards and procedures.
- with an emphasis in transportation preferred.
