About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on the shop floor and knows how to turn problems into process improvements to join our team in Justin, TX. In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement, support equipment and process reliability, and help scale operations through lean principles and standardization. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve productivity, troubleshoot issues, and support new equipment installations — from optimizing plant layout to building preventative maintenance programs, keeping the facility running efficiently and safely. This is not a desk-only role — you'll be actively engaged in daily manufacturing operations, providing technical direction, solving real-time issues, and keeping processes aligned with quality, safety, and performance standards. What you'll bring

  • B.S. degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other solid modeling software
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement, metric development, and problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical approach
  • A quick learner who is self-motivated, with the ability to promptly accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to accept assignments of all types, including intermittent travel up to 10%
