About the role
The hiring range for this position is between $15.80 - $18.00 per hour + great benefits! Work closely with Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, Senior Technicians, Team Leader, and other Clinic staff to support the needs of the facility and clients as seen by the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary Clinic. Position is responsible for the routine and spontaneous tasks required to maintain the cleanliness and sanitary condition of the clinic facility and grounds. If needed: facilitate the comfort, cleanliness and care of the animals in the clinical environment.
What you'll bring
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and qualify for Best Friends insurance.
- Must be able to safely lift animals, food, garbage bags, etc., (approx. up to 40-60 pounds).
- Must be able to stand as well as bend for extended periods of time.
