About the role

Please note that this is not a wrangler or horse trainer position. The Horseback Trail Guide provides exceptional guest service and frontline support for customers visiting Kualoa Ranch. This role involves safely conducting informative and engaging tours of the ranch property on horseback, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests by using necessary safety equipment and instruction. As an ambassador of Hawai‘i and Kualoa, you will embody and promote the company’s values and brand image to enhance the guest experience.

What you'll bring

• open availability including weekends and holidays is required.
• Intermediate to advanced horse knowledge and recent riding experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license
• a good driving record preferred.
