Ameristar Kansas City is seeking a Slot Supervisor. The successful candidate will provide friendly, courteous and efficient guest service and ensure a prompt response to all guests’ needs. What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year slot experience or prior slot experience
- Excellent communication and guest service skills for both internal and external guests.
- Ability to count money and make change.
- Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
- Supervisory skills
- Always conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive and professional image
- Ability to establish rapport with other team members throughout the casino
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Be able to work in a fast paced 24/7 environment.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
