About the role
Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Katy, Texas. We are a clinician-led organization focused on providing high-quality, individualized care for children and families while creating a supportive and sustainable environment for our clinical team. Our Katy clinic offers a collaborative setting where BCBAs are supported by leadership, valued for their clinical expertise, and empowered to make meaningful impact. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure quality patient outcomes. This is a clinic-based role located in Katy, TX.
What you'll bring
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Texas licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience working with children
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care
