We are looking for a dependable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team this summer season. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse. Your efforts will ensure the smooth flow of inventory, accurate inventory handling, and compliance with all safety regulations, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. What You’ll Be Doing… Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials or products within the facility. Inspect forklifts before and after use to ensure proper functionality and report maintenance needs.

What you'll bring

• 2 years of experience working in a light industrial warehouse environment
• Proven experience as a forklift operator
• Valid forklift certification/license
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions or directions from Team Leads and Management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Environment…
• May involve exposure to loud machinery, fluctuating temperatures, and moving mechanical parts
• E-commerce and 3PL forklift experience preferred handling CPG inventory (Consumer Packaged Goods)
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
