As a Vocational Counselor, you are the "boots on the ground" catalyst for success: The Coach: Provide 1-on-1, on-site support, teaching vital workplace social skills and helping coworkers become "natural supports" for our clients.

• You are tech-literate: You are completely comfortable utilizing tablets and cloud-based software to manage your workflows.
• To join our team, you must meet one of our educational pathways alongside our standard compliance and technical criteria:
• Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience OR
• High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant work/life experience.
• Tutoring/Education: Minimum of 3 years of general education or tutoring experience.
• Tech Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon employment).
