About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead our dedicated team to new heights. The Supervisor is responsible for the customer’s experience in the Branch and the process of returns to ensure the branch’s sales and refund targets are met. He/she will organise and coordinate all operational activities infrastructure, resources, personnel and systems so as to support the best possible sales experience for the customer.
What you'll bring
- Associate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
- At least 2 years’ experience at the supervisor level in the retail industry
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft excel and word
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
