About the role

Broadstep Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our Kingstree Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, trauma-informed treatment to children and adolescents with significant behavioral health needs while working alongside an experienced team of psychiatrists, nurses, behavioral staff, educators, and clinical leaders. As a Licensed Therapist, you’ll serve as a primary clinician for youth receiving residential psychiatric treatment by:

What you'll bring

• ◦ LPC
• ◦ LMSW
• ◦ LISW
• ◦ LMFT
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• ◦ Or equivalent clinical license eligible to practice in a PRTF
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
• Two or more years of experience in residential treatment, inpatient behavioral health, psychiatric, or child and adolescent settings
• Experience with crisis intervention and complex behavioral health presentations
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation requirements and electronic health records
