About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Key Control (Master Control Operator)  to join our team. This position is responsible for the monitoring and control of facility access and for monitoring the facility, youth, and line movement.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience working with at-risk youth or working in a monitoring/control role in an institutional setting.
• Ability to think and act independently.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to move about the property.
• Must be able to participate in youth activities.
• Must be able to transport youth or staff.
• Must be free of communicable diseases as defined by the state and to the extent that data is attainable under the law.
• Must be able to pass PAR evaluation of physical techniques and written certification exam.
