About the role
The Chief Financial Officer provides strategic financial leadership across the organization, overseeing accounting, financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash management, and internal controls. A critical component of this role is the ability to effectively manage and optimize a multi-entity corporate structure, ensuring accurate intercompany accounting, consolidated reporting, tax coordination, and entity-level compliance.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Required: significant retail finance experience
- Knowledge of inventory accounting, retail KPIs, margin management, and seasonal business cycles
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Strong ERP, accounting systems, and reporting tool experience
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and business partnership skills
- CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred
