This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, managing technician performance, driving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Proven experience within the Plumbing Service Industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel between customer homes, branch locations, and corporate offices as needed.
- Ability to perform occasional site visits requiring standing, walking, bending, and driving.
