What you'll bring

• Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement.
• The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• This position requires a High School Diploma or GED AND at least three years of demonstrated experience working in household repair or construction field or maintenance positions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Persons hired into this position must be licensed drivers and have reliable transportation.
• If current license is from out-of-state, a valid Colorado Driver’s License is required within ten days of hire.
• Current motor vehicle insurance is required.
• Driving is an essential job duty.
• Preferred: 4-5 years of demonstrated experience working in household repair or maintenance positions or construction field
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, and stand.
• Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, forward motion and climbing on ladders will be required.
• The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times.
