About the role
We’re looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team! Under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), this position is responsible for modeling and carrying out behavior support plans (BSPs), which could include teaching various skill building or behavior reduction techniques with children and young adults. They will also assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), collect data and provide training to caregivers so they can ensure follow-through at home.
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- New Hire Orientation
- At least 3 years’ experience working with children and families preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred
