What you'll bring
- ✅ 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience in IT Industry
- ✅ Hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment
- ✅ Basic understanding of Payroll Processing
- ✅ Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and HR records
- ✅ Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
