About the role
The Director, Contract Enablement is a senior individual contributor within the US Market Access Institutional Contracting organization, responsible for the operating model and processes that underpin how institutional contracts are developed, negotiated, and executed. The role co-designs contract and rebate programs in partnership with the Business Unit, translating program direction into scalable, executable contracting structures. The Director partners with Contract Management, Contract and Rebate Operations, Account Management, Business Unit, Government Pricing, Legal, Digital, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain the operating model, workflows, templates, and performance metrics that drive consistency, compliance, and speed across the contracting lifecycle.
