About the role
Transform bedside care with AI. As Circadia’s on-site NP, you’ll see patients first, act on predictive health signals in real time, and coach facility teams to turn data into earlier interventions—reducing preventable readmissions. You’ll blend direct patient care with tech-to-bedside integration through hands-on training, live demos, and shadowed assessments. This is a full-time, embedded NP role requiring Monday–Friday, on-site presence at our partner facility, Mirage Post-Acute in Lancaster, CA. As a full-time Nurse Practitioner, you will be employed by Circadia Health, Inc. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
What you'll bring
- Certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner in MI
- ANCC (or equivalent) in Adult/Family/Geriatric/Acute.
- Eligible for Medicare participation
- company bills on your behalf.
- 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations
- able to practice independently.
- Valid MI driver’s license
- comfortable traveling locally.
- Thrives in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
- English required
