About the role
Paragon Behavioral Health, a division of Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC), is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized, evidence-based behavioral health services to children and families. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through clinical leadership, data-driven interventions, and collaboration within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing behavioral interventions in alignment with IBHS standards. This role focuses on improving outcomes through data-driven care, caregiver collaboration, and clinical oversight.
What you'll bring
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children or adolescents in behavioral health
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)
- Compliance with OIG/Medicare/Medicaid screening requirements
- Ability to provide mobile/community-based services
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Candidates must be able to travel locally to provide services.
