About the role
Paragon Behavioral Health Services, a division of Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC), is seeking a skilled and motivated Behavior Consultant to support children and families through high-quality, individualized behavioral health services. This role offers the opportunity to work directly in home and community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions that create lasting outcomes. The Behavior Consultant conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides behavioral consultation services in alignment with IBHS standards. This role focuses on improving client outcomes through data-driven interventions and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
What you'll bring
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children or adolescents in behavioral health
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Psychologist
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
- Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)
